Behind the minimal clothing called a swimsuit, stands a company that works on design, comfort and innovative technologies so that our swimwear is pleasant, designed and of high quality and meets a variety of needs from bathing on the beach to professional swimming. Besides swimwear, these companies produce a variety of products and accessories related to swimming such as binoculars, wetsuits, swimming caps, snorkels, buoys and anything else you can think of. This time we chose to focus on international brands that are found on the bathing beaches and pools in Israel.

MadWave is an international manufacturer and distributor of swimwear and swimming related equipment and accessories founded in 2003. The brand offers a variety of water sports products ranging from swimwear, goggles and racing suits to professional equipment and accessories. The Mad Wave team consists of skilled engineers, graphic and 3D designers, developers and prominent Olympic swimmers.

Zoggs – was born in Australia and swam all over the world. Besides swimwear, Zogs produces high-quality swimming equipment such as swimming boards, fins and paws, snorkels, swimming goggles and more. Bezogs caters to all swimmers, beginners and advanced, who swim for fitness or recreation, swimming in nature or in triathlons, to enjoy the freedom, fun and excitement of the water.

Zoggs were the first to market several innovations in swimming goggles. In 1994 they were the first to launch the one-piece Phantom glasses. In 2005 the Predator Wiroframe biotech glasses.

orca – began designing performance wetsuits for triathletes in 1995. The company was founded in Auckland, New Zealand by Scott Unworth, a former New Zealand triathlon champion. The company specializes in diving suits but also sells swimming suits, swimming equipment and triathlon equipment.

sooruz – is a French brand of surfing products founded in 1999. Besides wetsuits and swimwear, they offer protectors, swimming accessories, clothes and even boots suitable for the water.

Arena – The brand was created by Horst Dassler, the son of the founder of Adidas and the president of Adidas France. In 1973, Arena launched her first line of competitive swimwear. From racing and training to leisurewear, Arena has devoted in-depth technical knowledge of sports, water and the human body to enhance its performance and capabilities. This expertise, along with intelligent design, built the foundation for its success.

Speedo speedo – was born next to Zugs, on Bondi Beach, Australia in 1928. There they produced the Racerback suit, the first suit in the world without wool. Since then, it has produced, in addition to swimwear for the beach and professional swimming, also sportswear for women and men, diving goggles, bags, hats and accessories to improve swimming technique.

sailfish was founded in 2007 by an extremely fast triathlon swimmer named Jan Sieversen. The products are designed and manufactured in Germany but are known beyond the borders of Europe and are sold in 25 countries around the world. Sailfish manufactures premium triathlon products and open water swimming products. Their diving suits are known for their great flexibility, balanced buoyancy and exceptional gliding properties in the water.
